I implement multimodal psychotherapy depending on the presenting issues. Letting you understand yourself more, your situation, widening your insights and possible choices based on your circumstances.

My main approaches are; Cognitive Processing Therapy, Psychoeducation about Trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Logotherapy, Gestalt Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Healing the Wounded Child, and Internal Family System.

We also have to remember that psychotherapy or trauma therapy are not magic and simple, and it can’t be effective without constant effort and work.
